The consulting fee is due upon completion of the work done, as I want for the home builder to be satisfied with value received.

After discussing the needs and goals of the home builder with the appropriate person, my Engagement Authorization Form is submitted. An engagement is agreed upon, the form signed, which is then faxed or mailed back to me. This permits commitment to time and travel. After the engagement is completed, a thorough review letter of tasks completed, procedures developed, conclusions reached, and recommendations for further development is sent to the client. At this time the travel expenses are billed.
